Yes. Both models offer three heat settings: 40°C, 45°C and 50°C.

Can I use an Achedaway scraper at home?

Yes. The tools can be used for personal recovery as well as by manual therapy professionals. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and use comfortable pressure and heat settings.
